- Are you primarily a listing broker or a buyer broker?
- How many transactions of each type have you done in the past 12 months?
- Where do you do the bulk of your business?
- Can you provide me with a list of all the properties in which you have either participated in the listing or sale of during the past 12 months?
- Can I contact any of the people on your list to assist in evaluating your services?
- Is this your full-time profession?
- What support services does your office provide?
- What are the hours of operation of your office?
- Are there any days of the week which you are unavailable?
- When you are unavailable (for whatever reason) do you have a back-up person? If so, who?
- Are you available through cell phone or pager outside of regular office hours?
- What professional development have you done in the past twelve months?
- How long have you been selling real estate in the market place?
- What recourse do you have if I am not happy with your service?
